Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing to registration@calcharters.org or faxed to (541) 346-3545. Please list the names of the registered attendees and why you need to cancel. Cancellations must be received by the deadlines below to receive the following refunds:

  • If received by January 4, 2016—80% refund
  • If received January 5-29, 2016—20% refund
  • After January 29, 2016—No refund
  • No refunds will be provided after January 29, 2016. Note: You can transfer a registration without penalty.

CCSA has provided a simple, easy-to-use online registration system that enables you to pay registration fees with a purchase order or credit card*. However, if you find it more convenient, we are happy to take your registration information over the phone—simply call (800) 280-6218. If you would prefer to fax or mail your registration form, please download the form below, complete and send with a check or a purchase order to:

Payment Options

You may register online using a credit card or a purchase order number. If you utilize the purchase order option, you will receive an invoice for the total registration fees due. However, payment is not due until March 17, 2016, meaning you can lock in today's rate and pay when it is most convenient for you between now and the event!
