Where is the conference located?

The 26th Annual California Charter School Conference will be held at the Sacramento Convention Center located at 1400 J St., Sacramento, CA 95814. The week of March 11, 2019.

What is included in your registration for the Annual California Charter Schools Conference?

The Annual California Charter Schools Conference is the premiere statewide professional development and networking event for charter school professionals. The event annually brings together over 3,000 charter school leaders, teachers and supporters to learn from one another, deepen their practice and celebrate the movement.

CCSA increases the value of the conference each year with strategic programming and offers multiple registration discounts and deadlines to ensure the wide array of charter school professionals are represented annually. We know that every dollar a charter school has counts and we build as much value as possible into each and every conference registration we receive.

Registration is now open. Register early to save money and take advantage of all the conference has to offer. Pay with a PO number and you won't owe anything until March 2019.

This is not a great time of the year for me to be incurring expenses.

In order to postpone payment, please register using a purchase order number. Once your registration has been processed, you will receive an invoice for your total registration fees. However, the bill will not be due until after the conference in March 2019.

What is the Exhibit Hall raffle game?

Participate in our exhibit hall raffle to network with exhibitors and for your chance to win amazing prizes. To participate, fill out the coupons in the book that will be provided in your registration bag. Swing by the booth of the exhibitors you want to hear more about, drop off your coupon and you've got a chance to win the exciting prize listed on the coupon. The deadline to submit coupons is 12:15 pm. Winners will be announced on Wednesday, March 28 at 1:30 p.m.

What are the Exhibit Hall Expos?

Expos are made up of poster sessions and a few breakout sessions that are hosted in the exhibit hall presentation areas and are organized around a broad topic or audience. These sessions are informal presentations that provide additional opportunities for speakers and attendees to interact. Check online or in the mobile app for specific days and times.

I’m a nursing mother. Are there facilities on site I can use to nurse?

We have provided a private space for breastfeeding mothers including a refrigerator for storage of milk if necessary. Please respect the privacy of breastfeeding mothers and do not use this space for any other purpose. The Mother’s room is located in the on the 2nd floor at the women’s restroom.

Is there a place to check my luggage?

Yes, luggage check will be available the last day of conference at room 100A.
