NEW! Participate in this dedicated hour as a featured solutions provider, and drive attendees to your virtual exhibit profile and the resources you offer. Each day of the conference week, CCSA will feature a dedicated hour of exhibit-only time organized by a theme or by an attendee-inspired question or need. Participating exhibitors will present short content segments during the hour that demonstrate how their products or services address the theme or topic of the day. Featured exhibitors will be promoted as part of the program schedule as well as appear on a dedicated Solutions Hour home base that is part of the virtual environment. CCSA is concluding each daily Solutions Hour with an attendee giveaway to keep your audience present and focused on what you have to offer. This is your opportunity to provide content in the program and become featured throughout the event. Content will be recorded and available on-demand throughout the week, and in archive post-conference.

Solutions Hour participation: $900
A traditional favorite reformulated for the virtual environment – the exhibit hall raffle! As a participating exhibitor, you will receive a graphic raffle coupon tile that will appear on a dedicated Exhibit Hall Raffle page within the conference platform. These tiles highlight your company name and logo, along with prize name, value and description. As soon as attendees touch the tile to enter the raffle, you will automatically receive lead information of the attendee, at which point the attendee will be directed to your virtual booth where they can browse your profile for the products and services they need and engage with your company. Participating exhibitors will also receive a raffle icon that will appear on booth profiles to let attendees know that you are part of the official exhibit hall raffle, with a chance to enter from your booth environment as well. Exhibit Hall Raffle exhibitors will be searchable and featured from various locations throughout the event, such as the exhibit hall home. The more valuable the prize, the more traffic you'll drive to your virtual profile!
Raffle coupon: $300 (plus the cost of a prize with a recommended value of at least $300)
