Decreasing Special Education Teacher Burnout with Collective Efficacy
In this current era of high teacher stress and burnout, coupled with the debilitating special education staff shortages, principals and system leaders need to lean into high leverage practices that will scale inclusive practices across all classrooms, while also offering transformative professional growth for staff that is meaningful, impactful, and cost effective. During this session, school leaders will explore how to leverage collective teacher efficacy, a research validated strategy that is highly correlated with student achievement, to scale inclusive practices across all classrooms within a school.
