Dr. Tellez has 16 years of experience in education as a classroom teacher, school administrator, and now as an Assistant Professor at Alliant International University. She also serves as the Cal APA and ASC Coordinator for the university. As a faculty member, she teaches graduate level courses in teacher education, school administration, and doctoral studies. She has served teams and organizations in various leadership capacities and enjoys mentoring students in following their own educational endeavors. Her goal is to foster an environment that values diversity, learning, and professionalism, while maintaining a dedicated focus on organizational effectiveness and student success.
