Grow Your Own - Teacher Pipelines in your Community

Despite the ongoing teacher shortages and recruitment challenges, schools continue to creatively think about solving their teacher talent needs. One initiative is grounded in the idea of growing your own - investing in known and trusted people who are committed to your school. Hear directly from charter network leaders about how schools have successfully developed and implemented grow your own pipelines of alumni, classified employees, and community members.
