Fostering Equitable Student Culture through AIMS K12 College Prep Charter Schools' Innovative Practices

Participants in this session will gain a deep understanding of the strategies and practices implemented to create an equitable student culture. By the end of the session, attendees will be able to: Identify key components of a successful inclusive education model. Explain the importance of ELD support and its impact on English Language Learners. Discuss the benefits of offering Advanced Placement (AP) courses to all students. Analyze the steps taken to eliminate gatekeepers and promote equitable access to opportunities. Explore innovative intervention and enrichment activities that bridge achievement gaps.
