Maximizing Student Access to Our Best Teachers: The One-to-Many Model
We know great teachers impact student achievement more than any other aspect of schooling. We also know that while we fight to fill vacancies and our novice teachers learn how to be great, many students spend years without being taught by a great teacher. In this session, participants learn how Vox Collegiate created a One-to-Many instructional model that solves these problems and accomplishes two important goals: Ensuring every student is taught by our best teachers; shrinking the plate of novice teachers so they can grow into the profession.
