Jessica Wood is a Managing Director in the US Public Finance Ratings Group, and the sector leader and group spokesperson for the not-for-profit higher education and charter school groups. She is based in Chicago and co-leads a team of education analysts throughout the country. Jessica is actively involved in all aspects of the education practices including criteria development, and she serves as chair for many education committees. Jessica holds an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BS in Mathematics and Economics, cum laude from Wake Forest University.

John is a principal at Campanile Group. Campanile provides fiduciary advisory services to charter schools seeking facility financing. Our services include, providing feasibility/affordability analyses on proposed projects, evaluating the best financing options for the school, leading and securing the financings, and negotiating the terms and interest rates on behalf of the school. John has completed over 40 charter school financings in California.

Mr. Giordano has been on the ground floor of the national charter school movement since its inception helping to create options, accountability, and funding pathways for the most underserved populations. Robert’s experience includes traditional public, charter public, online, blended learning, and turnarounds. Robert has been a teacher, school leader, charter school board member, charter school founder, application writer, and reviewer. In addition, Robert has provided professional development to the S&P rating agency, charter school boards, Authorizers, and charter school associations. Robert has taught on the topics of facility funding, governance, school turnaround, student enrollment, retention, and community-based outreach.

Tracy Bondi is the Director of Finance at Environmental Charter Schools. Tracy earned her BA and MBA from UCLA. Tracy worked in strategic sourcing, communications and operations in manufacturing firms. While earning her MBA, she first learned about charter schools, and interned at Green Dot Public Schools. Tracy worked at EdTec as a Client Manager / VP of Client Management for the SoCal office. She has also served as Board Chair of SOAR Charter Academy and provided consulting to Aveson charter schools.
