She is based in Chicago and co-leads a team of education analysts throughout the country. Jessica is actively involved in all aspects of the education practices including criteria development, and she serves as chair for many education committees. Jessica holds an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BS in Mathematics and Economics, cum laude from Wake Forest University.

Tracy Bondi is the Director of Finance at Environmental Charter Schools. Tracy earned her BA and MBA from UCLA. Tracy worked in strategic sourcing, communications and operations in manufacturing firms. While earning her MBA, she first learned about charter schools, and interned at Green Dot Public Schools. Tracy worked at EdTec as a Client Manager / VP of Client Management for the SoCal office. She has also served as Board Chair of SOAR Charter Academy and provided consulting to Aveson charter schools.
