Between 1998 and 2013, his company helped over 240 district and CMO leaders tell their schools’ stories in the form of school accountability report cards. Starting in 2013, his K-12 Measures team began building visual evidence and delivering measurement workshops to improve the ability of leaders to plan and manage more wisely. His book, "Mismeasuring Schools’ Vital Signs," was published by Routledge in September 2022. His critical essays appear on his company’s website, and in many education sector publications.
