Fostering Student Well-Being: Harnessing the Power of Social-Emotional Monitoring
The presenters will share practices for using a strengths-based social emotional monitoring tool that can be used as the local climate survey now required by California Education Code, Section 52052. The presenters will share strategies for using the monitoring tool to 1) prevent psycho/social/emotional events at school 2) provide interventions for identified psycho/social/emotional challenges at school and 3) develop ongoing school wide systems of support using multiple data points.
