DEIJ: Moving Past PD
Participants will explore how to move DEIJ work beyond professional development. We will answer the big question: How do we move beyond theory in our DEIJ work and how do we hold staff accountable? We will explore systems used at New LA Charter Schools to develop staff DEIJ goals, track progress, and provide support in order to keep staff accountable. In addition, we will explore real data and how it was used to progress these systems. School leaders will leave with practical tools and insight from our own work.
