¡Adelante! - Engage and Retain Latino Leaders!

In CA, charter schools continue to attract more Latino families. In contrast, Latino leadership in the charter space is not reflective of the families exercising their choice. In this workshop, we will hear from Latino leaders and they will break down strategies to engage and retain Latino leaders and address the talent pipeline issues we are facing statewide. Leaving this session, leaders will be able to assess their own organizations, the gap in leadership they should address and viable tactics to address in their next year’s talent strategy.
