Strategic Planning to Elevate Your Game

The most effective charters and networks are driven by coherent, inspiring, and actionable strategic plans. Using a successful strategic planning process as a case study, this session will pull the curtain back on the planning process, answer all the big and small questions you have about it, and empower you to apply the learning and shape a far bolder future for your school, team, students, and community. Participants will: 1) learn the 101 and 201 of strategic planning; 2) understand the mechanics of an effective strategic planning process that actually leads to action and impact; 3) hear directly from a school leader who is currently implementing their plan, 4) know how a strategic plan both informs and is informed by LCAP and renewals; and 5) be empowered to apply specific tools and models to drive their own strategic planning.
