Balancing Data and Love As A Leader
Good leaders collect and analyze data. Great leaders ensure their students’ well-being. The best leaders do both. Please join us as we discuss how you can relentlessly pursue excellence while still ensuring students’ essential needs are being met. Scholarship Prep leadership will share how to build data systems to monitor student achievement, teacher effectiveness, family engagement, staff belonging, student wellness, and more. We will also share our successes (and mistakes to avoid) in building a data-driven culture while still putting students’ well-being and essential needs first.
