Jeff is Senior Director, Communications and a member of CCSA’s External Relations team. Jeff brings to CCSA an extensive background in media relations and crisis communications. Previously, he worked for more than a decade in the State Capitol, as Deputy Press Secretary for Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and as Communications Director and Chief of Staff for Senator Anthony Cannella. Prior to working in the Capitol, Jeff worked in television as a producer for national and local networks. He also has experience in presidential, statewide, and local campaigns.

Kapil Mathur is the Founder and Executive Director of the Orange County Academy of Sciences and Arts. He is dedicated to providing a high-quality and student-centered learning experience that prioritizes equity and inclusivity. Kapil's vision is to create a personalized learning program that caters to the unique needs and strengths of each student. He believes that every child deserves an education that is tailored to their individual needs and interests. Kapil holds a Master’s Degree from UCLA and is working on his Ed.D. in Charter School Administration.
