High Quality Time-Off: A New Paradigm in Burnout Prevention for Teams
When was the last time your team came back from a break feeling reinvigorated? Research shows that being able to unplug from work during time-off can improve health, improve sleep, boost concentration, and reduce emotional exhaustion. This session will reveal a new research-based framework for how their teams can maximize their time-off. Participants will be able to name the five attributes of High Quality Time-Off and the role each plays in peak performance; reflect on current time-off practices; and commit to a HQTO practice.
