Teimosa Martin has 30 years of experience as an education practitioner knowledge, having served in the role of teacher and school-site administrator for over 15 years with an additional 13 years of experience in as an executive leadership coach and consultant. Her work has focused on developing, managing and supporting strong school and system level academic strategy and implementation in service of equity of opportunities and outcomes for students. She is currently leading partnership cultivation at Achievement Network, an anti-racist, non-profit supporting leadership development and system change. Her work is focused on supporting school districts throughout California

Vanna O’Conner serves as a consultant and the Managing Director of Professional Learning for Achievement Network. With over 15 years as an educator, consultant, and facilitator, she’s worked alongside several districts and organizations to achieve more equitable outcomes for students. She received her degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education from Vanderbilt University and an Education Policy degree from Harvard University. She currently resides in L.A. with her husband and enjoys visiting new places and learning new things.
