She has more than 17 years of Human Resources experience with advanced HR certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Laura Regan has worked in both the private and public sectors within human resources. In addition, she has her Masters of Education, specializing in Cross-Cultural Teaching and holds both Multiple Subject and Administrative Services credentials. After working as an elementary school principal for over seven years, she is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Rocklin Academy Family of Schools, and has proven success in creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve a successful workforce. Laura has extensive experience in human resources including: recruitment, vision casting, coaching, employee relations, and team building.
