Cultivating Your Leadership Pipeline: Building Systems for Leadership Development

Participants will unlock the secrets of leadership cultivation for their network and schools. They will discover proven research through our Accelerate Institute case study, where we partnered with a large district to create a succession planning program. Participants will engage in small group discussion and a guided application of the learning, which allows them to apply the process to their context by modifying the model and tools provided in the session. This session is tailored for network leaders and school principals, empowering them to establish robust leadership development programs.

Dr. Ramona Patrick’s 22 years of experience in education has been vast and varied. She was an elementary school teacher, a program director for Teach For America, and both a literacy and mathematics coach working with teachers in kindergarten through 10th grade. Additionally, she was a lecturer at Loyola Marymount University for 7 years. A principal for 9 years, she has been a founding elementary school principal, and served twice as a turnaround middle school principal. She is currently the Head of Schools for Citizens of the World Los Angeles, managing 5 elementary and 2 middle schools.
