It’s a Long Way to the Top (If You Want to Rock n’ Roll): Leader-Driven Communities of Practice
AC/DC said it: leadership is hard and you can’t do it alone! Leader-driven cohorts are a proven way to sustain and develop leaders while combating executive isolation, deepening connections, and sharing knowledge and resources with like-minded peers. Our leaders will facilitate mini-communities of practice in real-time and demonstrate how to create communities focused on building relationships, capacity, and regional momentum. Attendees will leave this session with a common understanding of the benefit of collaborative learning and how to develop communities of practice in their region.
