Shared leadership in schools is a proven practice for increasing teacher capacity and retention, leading to the highest quality learning experiences and increased equity in classrooms. In this session, we will share our approach to launching teacher leadership roles and how we are growing capacity in peer coaching, team leadership, culturally-relevant teaching, and STEAM education. We will present case studies of how this work is impacting instruction, data-driven decision-making, teacher engagement, and student outcomes.
