Blair Reese is the Associate Director, Human Resources Partner for CharterSAFE and works in the Risk Management Department providing Human Resources support to California charter school members. After working as an elementary school principal for over seven years, she is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Rocklin Academy Family of Schools, and has proven success in creating cultures of collaboration and implementing change to achieve a successful workforce.
