Blair Reese is the Associate Director, Human Resources Partner for CharterSAFE and works in the Risk Management Department providing Human Resources support to California charter school members. She has more than 17 years of Human Resources experience with advanced HR certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

With more than 30 years of Human Resources experience, Karla has a broad range of expertise in employee relations, compliance, benefit (health and retirement) administration, performance management, training and development, recruiting, compensation and payroll administration. Karla has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, and has SPHR, PHRca and SHRM-SCP designations from the Society for Human Resources Management and HR Certification Institute.

Kim Alonzo is the Senior Manager of Risk Management for CharterSAFE with a background in risk management, safety, loss control, and insurance. Kim's industry- specific training includes Associate in Risk Management for Public Entities, Certified School Risk Manager, and Certified Ergonomics Assessment Specialist.

Susan has 25 years of experience in the field of California Workers’ Compensation. For the last 11 years she has exclusively been involved with Charter School workers compensation claims including litigation, risk management, claims oversight and claim resolution. She has been with ChaterSAFE for over 6 years, providing advisory and analytical assistance to member schools.
