Cynthia is the Managing Director, Human Resources at CCSA. She has over 15 years of experience working in the education sector and over 7 years in a Human Resources and organization health capacity. Cynthia earned a Masters in Public Administration from Cal Poly Pomona. She is Professional Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-SCP certified. She currently serves as a board member for the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) Foundation. Cynthia is committed to being reliably impartial, collaboratively innovative, and strategically results oriented so that she can deliver exceptional programs and processes that add value to the organization and employees.

Senior Director of School Development

Jennifer is the Senior Director of School Development for CCSA's Schools Team. She has worked for CCSA for over 8 years. Jennifer is a former charter school teacher, administrator, and researcher, as well as a current charter school spouse and parent! Jennifer manages the development process for new schools working toward authorization across the state. This includes outreach, technical support, project management, and petition development guidance.
