Prior to her tenure at CSMC, Kristin was a Charter School Leader at a Core Knowledge K-8 school in the Denver, Colorado area. Kristin also spent 10 years in Management Consulting with Accenture/Anderson Consulting. Kristin’s combined past charter leadership and consulting experience allow her to be an impactful contributor to CSMC’s leadership and core values: to always focus on the Client Partner Experience, to attract, develop, and retain the Highest Quality Employees, and to foster Cross-Department Collaboration.
