Derrick has over 20 years of experience in financial consulting, audits and taxation, single audits under Uniform Guidance and fraud investigation. He specializes in planning, directing, and supervising audits of charter schools and nonprofit organizations. Derrick also consults with clients on a variety of accounting and tax related matters including obtaining IRS exempt tax status, budgeting, internal control, and cash flow analysis.
