Dr. Amanda Fernandez has had a diverse and extensive career in the field of education. With experience in traditional District and County Office settings, Charter schools, and Higher Education. Throughout her career, Dr. Fernandez has overseen and managed various educational departments, programs, and services aimed at improving student learning & achievement. Dr. Fernandez created teacher mentoring programs and served on a multi-industry task force to create new credentialing pipeline pathways with CTC. In her current position as Chief Fiscal Officer, Dr. Fernandez oversees the financial aspects of three charter schools, including budgeting, financial planning, payroll, LCAP, and managing fiscal resources.
