Stacy Tolkin’s primary practice areas include special education, student discipline, and Section 504. Before pursuing a career in law, Stacy spent over 25 years in public education, beginning as a school psychologist. She has worked with students from preschool through postsecondary education. After obtaining her administrative services credential, she held educational leadership roles, including district program specialist, SELPA coordinator, and director of special education. Stacy began her collaboration with charter schools approximately nine years ago. Stacy is a skilled IEP facilitator trained in various facilitation and mediation techniques.
