Going for Gold: Mission-Driven Goal Setting

When annual goal setting felt like a spectator sport, Excel Academy decided it was time to go for the gold. Discover how our school transformed teacher goal-setting from mere compliance into strategies transforming data and learning outcomes. Each teacher’s purpose connects to our collective mission and vision. The result? Invested teachers, meaningful goals, and growing student achievement. Teachers and administrators will practice creating visionary goals aligned with their school’s mission and receive practical templates and reflection tools to ignite the torch and confidently cross the data finish line.
