Equitable Facilities Fund
Jason Huang is an Asset Management Associate at the Equitable Facilities Fund, where he oversees a national portfolio of charter school facility loans. In his role, Jason monitors school performance, manages borrower compliance, and prepares quarterly and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders. He also works closely with school leaders to address operational, academic, and financial challenges to ensure the long-term stability of mission-driven charter schools.

S&P Global Ratings
Robert Tu is a director and lead analyst on the U.S. Public Finance Education team covering credit ratings for charter schools, independent schools, and community colleges. In addition, he supports market outreach, including publishing commentaries and speaking at conferences. Robert joined S&P Global Ratings in 2010. He holds a bachelor’s degree from UC Davis, the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is an active member of the CFA Society of San Francisco.

Stacey Wang is the chief executive officer at Yu Ming Charter School. She has an undergraduate degree from University California Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School with a focus on social entrepreneurship and nonprofit management.
Most recently, Stacey completed the Broad Residency and received her master’s degree in education leadership. She has served as a consultant for numerous education organizations such as Education Pioneers and the New York City Department of Education.
