Facilities 101: Charter School Basics

Securing the right facility is crucial to your school’s success, but the process can be challenging. Schools face a maze of requirements and choices, including whether to lease or buy a site, securing funding for their ideal school, and managing the design and construction phases. This presentation offers a facilities overview from both legal and practical viewpoints, along with insights from an experienced facilities director. It will assist you in building a qualified team for your project, especially with new state facilities bonds approaching, while also discussing case studies.
