Turning Numbers into Narratives: Using Data to Win Your Renewals
Charter renewals aren’t won with spreadsheets alone—they’re secured with compelling stories that connect data to student success, community impact, and mission fidelity. In this session, participants will learn how to transform their academic, operational, and financial data into persuasive narratives that resonate with authorizers, families, and stakeholders. Through hands-on activities and real-world examples, attendees will practice crafting data stories that highlight achievements, address challenges transparently, and build trust and confidence in their school’s future.
