Networking Breakfast: Women in Charter Leadership: Connect, Reflect, Rise
TNB2
Networking Breakfasts are guided networking spaces that give attendees the chance to connect around similar passions or interests relevant to education. Because space is limited, advanced sign-ups are required. Tickets are $60.
This breakfast gathering is for women leading at every level of the charter sector—from school sites to CMO central offices—who are seeking meaningful connection and collective leadership inspiration. Join fellow women leaders for a dynamic, lightly structured morning of conversation, reflection, and networking. With guided prompts and space for open dialogue, this session will offer participants the opportunity to build community, exchange insight, and celebrate the unique experiences and strengths of women leading in education. This session builds on the momentum of the Women in Leadership Homeroom at the 2024 and 2025 National Charter Schools Conference, where over 150 women gathered—many from California—and voiced a strong desire to continue connecting throughout the year. This breakfast is the next step. Whether you’re navigating leadership as a first-year principal or a seasoned CEO, come fuel up on breakfast and bold conversation with a community of women who get it. Outcome: Attendees will leave with deeper personal connections, new leadership insights, and a shared commitment to fostering ongoing collaboration and support among women in California’s charter movement.
