UNMUTED: Empowering Youth Through Voice, Media, and Healthy Minds

Through the ATU Academy Podcast Program, we partner with middle and high school students to help them find their voice using podcasting and storytelling as powerful tools for communication, confidence, and mental wellness. Podcasting becomes more than a media skill. It serves as a safe space for self-expression, relational awareness, and healthy dialogue. Students develop active listening, interviewing, and reflection skills while tracking their growth through recorded conversations. By placing youth behind the mic, we empower them to speak with purpose, listen with intention, and apply confident communication, public speaking, and storytelling skills in leadership spaces, strengthening relationships and preparing them to show up as leaders in their schools and communities.
