NSLP- Don't leave money on the school lunch table

Throughout my career I have partnered with school leaders to navigate a variety of challenges including remediating massive reading deficits, addressing charter school funding inequities, and strengthening student enrollment. In my current role with Vertex Education, I am actively following our organization’s mission to “Change lives through education” and empower others to do the same by providing school leaders access to a variety of back office support solutions that will help to grow their schools, increase their teacher/staff satisfaction, put more money into the classroom, and develop phenomenal buildings for their students to be educated in.

An operational leader with a servant heart! In my 20+ years in the education and food service industries, I have developed a passion for developing people and a coaching style that motivates staff and increases productivity. My experiences include opening new restaurants and school kitchens, training managers, implementing learning and development curricula across multiple levels, and using lean principles to decrease waste and increase productivity in kitchens.
