Lucy has more than 25 years of experience working with leaders from diverse to maximize organizational impact in ways that center people, values, and equity. Her passion is helping leaders own their authentic power and leverage culture, community and relationships for inclusive, sustainable impact. She has held leadership positions at a number of institutions including New York State Education Department, Teach For America, and Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Lucy is currently the Chief People & Culture Officer at Frontline Solutions, a management consulting firm that supports organizations transform their internal culture and external impact with an equity lens.
