Her passion is helping leaders own their authentic power and leverage culture, community and relationships for inclusive, sustainable impact. She has held leadership positions at a number of institutions including New York State Education Department, Teach For America, and Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Lucy is currently the Chief People & Culture Officer at Frontline Solutions, a management consulting firm that supports organizations transform their internal culture and external impact with an equity lens.
