With 10 years of marketing experience, Courtney started her career in corporate advertising agencies, working with several industries, including hospitality and restaurants. Specializing in social media, communications, and graphic design, Courtney has dedicated the past seven years to sharing student stories and spreading the positive word about flex-based personalized learning. Courtney currently leads marketing and communications at Sage Oak Charter Schools, a K-12 nonclassroom-based charter school serving Southern California.
