Dr. Shawn L. Frugé is a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist. He is the Co- Founder of Holpentech Innovations. As an expert witness throughout California courts, Dr. Frugé conducts complex medical-legal evaluations along with extensive research investigating the school to prison pipeline, and pathways of success for urban youth. Additionally, Dr. Frugé has designed and implemented many comprehensive mental health systems for schools, foster care homes, and auxiliary education programs for over twenty years that address treatment disparities and equity. He is considered the father of Mental Wellness Literacy, and uses this pedagogy to promote wellness and end racism.
