Dr. Sharon Weir, is the Executive Director for New West Charter, a well-established and highly successful middle, high and hybrid charter school based in Los Angeles. Dr. Weir’s experience includes K-12 education, pedagogy and organizational management in the non-profit sector. Dr. Weir’s background in education, leadership, teaching, coaching organizational change management, finance, negotiation and mediation spans three decades and includes extensive national and international experience that combines her valuable expertise in finding success with the diverse range of interested groups she has the joy to work with throughout the educational community.
