Annie is a team leader, strategist, and coach. She utilizes her experiences in education, business, and athletics to facilitate inclusive strategic planning processes. Her ability to work across sectors and with diverse leaders stems from years of advising social impact organizations, playing Division I college basketball, and teaching elementary kids. Annie has worked in public education as a TFA alumnae, Minneapolis Public School District curriculum consultant, and strategic advisor to over thirty public schools across the country. She is a member of the Olympic Club Women’s National Basketball team and serves as the Board Chair for Playworks Northern California.

David K Richards is the Founder of Growth Public Schools, an innovative K-8 charter school. Prior to Growth, he worked as a teacher and leader with Summit Public Schools, and served as the Board Chair for Voices Language Academies. He is passionate about innovative education models and mindful leadership. He leads the intersection of these passions through gathering communities of change makers in mastermind groups, and as host of The Mindful Education Warrior podcast. David also advises other organizations as an educational consultant and executive coach. David holds a BA from UC Berkeley and an MA from Stanford University.

Jillayne serves in dual roles at Rocklin Academy Family of Schools, a site Principal and the organization’s Director of Growth and Community Engagement. She brings a constant drive for excellence and equity and a deep commitment to Rocklin Academy Family of Schools’ mission and vision to her work. Jillayne is focused on creating the climate and systems to support Rocklin Academy’s continued growth and development. She leads the work of preparing for new schools by developing leaders, engaging with the community, charter school advocacy, and the charter petitioning process.
