Where and when will the conference take place?


The 2025 California Charter School Conference will be held at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center located at 1400 J St, Sacramento, CA 95814 from Monday, March 10 to Thursday March 13, 2025.

What is the purpose of the conference?


The California Charter Schools Conference is a place of inspiration, learning, and connection. This annual event connects charter school experts from across the country who lead sessions on everything from balancing your budget, obtaining a new facility, and creating a safe school environment to building a productive and excellent board and advocating for your school on the local, state and federal level.

Who should attend?


The conference is for charter school educators, leaders, teachers, board members, administrators, business managers, university educators, political leaders, business partners and community stakeholders.

When do I actually have to pay my conference registration bill?


In order to postpone payment, please register using a purchase order number. Once your registration has been processed, you will receive an invoice for your total registration fees; however, the bill will not be due until after the conference in March 2025.

What happens if I register and then cannot attend Conference?


We have flexible options for you:

Transfer: Registered conference attendees can transfer their unused registration without penalty to another attendee. Email registration@ccsa.org to request a transfer prior to 5pm PST, March 10, 2025.

Refunds: Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing to registration@ccsa.org or faxed to (541) 346-3545. Cancellations must be received by the deadlines below to receive the following refunds:

$50 administrative fee if received by September 30, 2024
75% refund if received by December 31, 2024
No refunds will be provided after December 31, 2024. No exceptions.

Roll forward: As of the 2024 Conference we no longer offer the option of rolling a registration forward to the next Conference.
