Cancellation rules:
All presenters must be registered for the conference but are offered a discounted rate.
TRANSFER: Registered conference attendees can transfer their unused registration without penalty to another attendee. Email to request a transfer prior to 5pm PST, March 11, 2025.
REFUNDS: Conference registration cancellations must be received in writing to or faxed to (541) 346-3545. Cancellations must be received by the deadlines below to receive the following refunds:
