New Charter School Facilities Program Funding Round!
The Charter School Facilities Program (CSFP) provides State funding for the rehabilitation of existing district owned facilities that are at least 15 years old and/or the construction of new facilities for charter school use. With the passage of Proposition 2, $600 million will be available for new applications. The Office of Public School Construction, California School Finance Authority, and California Department of Education will present information on CSFP eligibility, requirements and the application process. Charter schools that provide Classroom-Based Instruction and school districts are encouraged to attend.
