Karen Bianchini is the Director, Safety and Prevention Education. at CharterSAFE. Karen joined the team in March 2020 bringing with her over 38 years of insurance and risk management experience. In her role, she consults with schools regarding their risks and has been instrumental in identifying trends and providing necessary resources to help schools mitigate their risks. Before joining CharterSAFE, she was the Claims and Insurance Manager for the Department of General Services with the State of California. In this capacity, she worked with various State departments providing risk consulting, contract review, and claims management of various self-insured programs.
