Jill Ostrove is the VP of SML Risk Management at ePlace Solutions. She’s a former prosecutor and licensed attorney in California, where she received her JD with honors in both criminal law and public service, and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
In her current position at ePlace, Jill is responsible for developing thorough policies, procedures, and extensive training materials to save claims and prevent tragedies, and to meet an organization’s risk management needs.

Karen Bianchini is the Director, Safety and Prevention Education. at CharterSAFE. Karen joined the team in March 2020 bringing with her over 38 years of insurance and risk management experience. In her role, she consults with schools regarding their risks and has been instrumental in identifying trends and providing necessary resources to help schools mitigate their risks. Before joining CharterSAFE, she was the Claims and Insurance Manager for the Department of General Services with the State of California. In this capacity, she worked with various State departments providing risk consulting, contract review, and claims management of various self-insured programs.
