Essential Charter School Policies: 2025 Edition
This popular session provides charter schools the (long and growing!) list of policies your school needs to be legally compliant, including new legal requirements for 2025. All attendees will receive our annual session handout, which helps serve as a guide for school policy development and cross-checking. We’ll answer questions and point schools to resources where available. We’ll discuss best practices for school teams to develop new policies and keep them updated. The presentation also covers annual notices that charter schools must provide, and legal requirements for website postings.
