Erin Martin is a TNTP Director with expertise in school system talent and educator preparation pathways. Erin has worked with school systems across the nation for the past 15 years to support strategic school staffing, build high quality, diverse teacher and leader pipelines, and design local programs for teachers to obtain certification, including leading educator preparation programs in California and Texas. Erin currently leads multiple projects at TNTP related to teacher and leader development and recruitment with a focus on diversifying the educator workforce.
