Megan Steeves, M.Ed., is a dedicated educator with over 25 years of experience in special education and K-12 education. She has served in various roles, including paraprofessional, educational specialist, program specialist, and program coordinator of student services.
Currently, Megan is the Program Coordinator of Compliance for the EDCOE Charter SELPA, where she oversees special education monitoring, compliance, and improvement science for charter schools across California. She brings extensive expertise in systems improvement, curriculum and program development, inclusive practices, RTI/MTSS implementation, assessment, and instructional and administrative leadership.
Megan resides in Northern California and enjoys exploring Tahoe’s year-round playground.

Moises Buhain is an accomplished educator with over two decades of experience in school leadership and special education. Currently, Moises serves as the Program Director with the El Dorado County Office of Education, Charter SELPA, overseeing the delivery of special education services to over 460 charter schools across California.
Moises is passionate about creating inclusive educational environments that support every student's potential. He holds a Master’s in Pupil Personnel Services from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from San Diego State University.
