Dacia co-founded and spent 21 wonderful years as a teacher, principal, and CEO of Achievement First, a network of 41 public schools that was recognized as one of the highest-performing school systems in the country based on achievement results and college graduation rates. Dacia co-founded Coursemojo to give her students - and all students - access to the high-interest, high-value courses they wanted. Dacia also co-founded Relay Graduate School of Education and still serves as vice-chair of the board. Dacia lives in New Haven, CT with her husband and a big, extended, blended family.

Jenny Tan is the Superintendent of KIPP Northern California Schools. She holds a degree in Cognitive Science from UC Berkeley and a Master's from Harvard's Graduate School of Education. As principal of Andre Agassi College Preparatory Academy, she led the school to receive top distinctions from the Nevada Department of Education. Tan also served as the first Chief Academic Officer for KIPP Colorado, enhancing performance across elementary, middle, and high schools. Before joining KIPP Northern California, she was the Associate Dean of the Relay California Leadership Programs and contributed to senior academic leadership at the KIPP Foundation.

Rodolfo is the CIO at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, overseeing school management, teaching & learning, & support for diverse learners, having previously served as an Instructional Superintendent for Alliance. He began his teaching career in the South Bronx, and later founded and led the Urban Assembly School for Emergency Management in Manhattan, New York. A proud South and South East Los Angeles native and first-generation college graduate, Rodolfo holds degrees from UC Berkeley, Bard College, and Baruch College.
